  • How can I make a purchase?

    Add the items you want to buy on our site to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to shopping cart" button. When the product is added you will see the message "Your product has been added to your shopping cart" in the top right corner of our site. If you do not wish to buy any other product, please click on the shopping cart in the top right corner of our site to complete your purchase.

    Select the province and district and sign up for our site on the next screen or enter your information to continue shopping. On the next screen, enter your address of delivery and click the "Submit" button. Then complete your purchase by entering your credit card information on the payment page. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is completed, otherwise confirm your order by contacting onlineshop@damat.com.

  • I forgot my password, what should I do?

    You can send your password to your e-mail by clicking the I Forgot My Password link in the Member Login step.

  • How can I update my account information?

    You can update your account information from My Account Information on the My Account menu.

  • How can I terminate my membership?

    To terminate your membership, you need to mail to onlineshop@damat.com and let us know your request.

  • Why are the T.R. ID numbers requested for those who become members?

    As stated in the Official Gazette dated 29/08/2006, numbered 26274, as of 1/1/2007, the obligation to write the T.R. ID Number on the invoice of natural persons has become effective.

    Although for those of our customers who are residing abroad or are foreign nationals residing in Turkey the TR ID number is not mandatory, this situation must be open and clearly visible. That is, the delivery addresses of the foreign residents and the names of foreign nationals residing within Turkey must be foreign. Members who meet these conditions may enter the value 00000000000 in the area where the T.R. ID number should be written when ordering.

    In cases where the T.R. ID number is not entered or the in cases where it is determined that a number which is belonging to someone else has been entered, the order is not processed and kept on hold.

  • What forms of payment can I use during shopping?

    You can perform a payment by installments or cash via credit card and you can also perform a payment by wire transfer.

  • Will I pay shipping fees for the items I purchase?

    You are not paying shipping charges on your purchases above 100 TRY. For purchases below 100 TRY, the shipping fee is 5.99 TRY.

  • When the order is completed, is the cost of the product reflected immediately on the credit card?

    When your order is confirmed, your cost of order is reflected to your credit card immediately or the next day (may vary depending on the bank).

  • Will I be paying VAT for the purchased product?

    All taxes and VAT are included in our products.

  • How can I follow my order?

    Once you have logged in, you can follow your orders step by step on the my account menu.

  • The product I purchased is damaged, what should I do?

    You need to report your damaged product complaint to onlineshop@damat.com.tr. 

    Please fill in the "Replacement and Return Form" on our online sales site (This form is required in accordance with the General Provision of Tax Procedures Law No. 385), you must submit the product and the receipt to the following address with UPS Cargo.

  • What if I receive an incorrect product?/

    You can return the product to our company via the shipping company without taking delivery of the product. Damat l Tween will deliver you the new product as soon as possible.

  • During the shopping, the system caused and error and I could not perform any purchases, but my credit card was charged, what should I do now?

  • I made an order, when does the product arrive?

    You will be automatically notified by e-mail when your order is received. You can see that your order has been prepared and is being shipped by following the relevant order number from the "My orders" link within the My Account menu. Your orders are delivered to the shipping company within 4 working days. Shipping time is 2-4 working days for İstanbul and 4-6 working days for areas other than Istanbul.

    * Shipment is performed once a week to some remote areas

  • Are the products sold on your site genuine?

    damattween.com is the official sales site for Damat / Tween brands. For this reason, all our products are original.

  • The product I bought has the wrong size, what should I do?

    Such problems can occur when fashion and apparel products are sold on our site. As Damat / Tween, we provide our customer more rights than granted by law. If you have a size related problem with the product you purchased, or if you can not fit it in any way, you can have the product replaced within 14 (fourteen) working days, by sending the product to us or returning it to any of our Damat / Tween stores.

    * For our seasonal products, size or color related replacements can be performed.

  • I wish to cancel my order, what should I do?

    Consumer rights require you to exercise your right to withdraw related to your order till the time of delivery or within 14 (fourteen) days from the time of delivery. For this reason, you have to inform onlineshop@damat.com.tr regarding your order or product you wish to cancel.

  • To you ship abroad?

    We are only shipping within Turkey. Our members in Cyprus and abroad, can place orders to any address in Turkey.

     

  • Why is the 10% extra discount not applied on my purchase?

    It is possible to take advantage of an extra 10% discount on products that are discounted up to 50% on our online sales site. No extra 10% discount is applied to products that are subject to more than 50% discount or any other campaign.

  • How much time do I have to perform my payment via wire transfer?

    For orders placed by wire transfer, payment must be made within 3 working days. Orders that are not paid within 3 business days will be automatically canceled by the system.
